Mandatory Skills

• Clearance: Must possess an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.

• Salesforce Expertise: 5+ years of development experience with deep proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript.

• Full-Stack Capability: Proven ability to integrate backend logic with modern frontend systems seamlessly.

• Cloud & DevOps: Strong experience with AWS DevOps practices, Kubernetes, and the full CI/CD lifecycle.

• Development Tools: Expert-level version control using GitHub and experience managing workflows in Agile/JIRA environments.

• Quality Assurance: Hands-on experience implementing unit tests, automated pipelines, and comprehensive testing platforms.

• Certification: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (Required).

• Education: B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

Desired Skills

• Multi-Language Integration: Experience utilizing Python and Java for complex system integrations.

• Advanced Architecture: Familiarity with serverless technologies and cloud-native design patterns.

• Domain Expertise: Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud and Health IT systems.

• Expanded Credentials: Additional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Architect.
