Paid Time Off

• Janus Soft offers short-term disability coverage for full-time employees and pays 100% of the employee premium. Partial disability coverage is included, subject to the terms of the plan.

• Janus Soft offers a voluntary long-term disability plan. Premiums are paid by the employee through payroll deduction.
